Hi, I think (could be wrong) that version 0.69 seriously does not more work on Windows 2000.
If that observation makes sense please mention it in History.txt and/or update the MediaInfo/Download/Windows page: The last pure 32bits installer (0.7.60) + 0.7.68 dll/exe could be the "last known good" version for W2K.
On July 13, 2010, Extended Support for Windows 2000 will end and this product will no longer receive assisted support or security updates from Microsoft.
I did not think that changing the compiler and using a min target of Windows XP (which is also with End Of Life) would have an impact on some people.
anyway, I see your request is already on the Windows download page "Windows 95 to 2000" with 0.7.60 version.
BTW, specific builds with an old compiler (for W2K support) may be provided, but not on free support.
Some months later I stumbled over your relevant forum post: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1678201#post1678201

My compiler version change was never hidden. This is right that VS2005 was targeting W2K and that VS2010 does not, and this is the technical reason for the compatibility break (I already said it in my first answer).
So I don't understand: that does not change the idea behind my answers.
