#438 AVC-I 100 23.976fps MOV, ai13 CodecID support

I am using mediainfo-0.7.68-1.fc20.x86_64

I found mediainfo may have problem to report AVC-I 100 23.976 fps MOV files correctly (when compared with AVC-I 100 25 fps MOV files).
For the AVC-I 100 23.976 fps file, it should have AVC format, Profile, and etc.
