The options window has 3 tabs: Server Set-Up, Veiw, and Expiramental Features.

Server Set-Up
This tab is the place where you can change the location of the server jar and the location of Java. You can also specify a script to run when the server stops and you can set the delay between when the controller checks if the server is still running.
