#44 autogenerator for hmi_gtk

It'd be nice to have a little script that takes the
matplc.conf file and generates a screen for hmi_gtk.
Nothing fancy, just something so the HMI designer isn't
starting from a blank screen.

Perhaps make it a table with three columns: the point
name, the point description, and a guess of the kind of
widget that would be useful (on/off LED for 1-bit
points, integer label for wider ones, float for those
labelled f32, buttons or checkboxes for writeable 1-bit
points, etc).
