Added mas-rose 0.95 release.
Include windows support, OS wrappers, part of network module implementation

I finished porting to cmake. I also reorganize project structure. I specify modules in core directory. When I finished communication functionality I deliver new release.
Now I'm working on core module the part responsible for communication issues.
The best way to get fresh code of mas-rose is to check it out from SVN repository. Sorry that I don't update packages but its due a lot other thinks I have to do. I will put new release soon.
I've updated project website. It's still not finished but I'm working on this.
I put back repository to sourceforge. I will use SVN
to maintain the code. Now after success full switch to new unit test library cppunit and with finished geometry module I've start the core module where I put all staff responsible for socket communication, threads, processes mutexes and all lower layer wrapers.

Releases and documentation will be placed on sourceforge.
After review of Google Code project I decide to keep Rose-MAS on SourceForge also.

Project is just started. There are no resources yet but it will appear soon. |'ve wrote a part of this library already which concern geometry issue. I've started interested in MAS when | wrote my MS and I find out it as fascinating science which has employment in many domains of live. Limited our imagination only. So lets start.
