When we close carmennavigator, the application which
run the associated acceptor are also closed.

    I've commited a patch that should correct the problem. This
    should be a temporarily patch as the origine of the problem
    seems to comes from a misuse of ACE framework. Until I take
    a closer look, it should to the job.
