#15 Have ant build file for marathon build an exe

There are a number of java -> exe program that would
make deploying Marathon much easier for windows users:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jestart

The goal for this RFE:

* Research which of these would be the best/easiest to
add to the Marathon build process
* Add the chosen one to the Marathon developers
dependancys
* Modifiy ant build.xml for Marathon so that there is
a exe target.

You could also use Nullsofts installer maker software
to create a single file installer.
