make++ version 1.19 (stable) released

make++ (or makepp) is a powerful but nearly 100% compatible replacement for make that includes many features required for reliable builds of complicated projects, such as automatic include file dependencies, automatic recompilation
if build commands change, easy handling of makefiles from multiple directories without recursive make, repositories, and extensibility in perl. Version 1.19 introduces reorganized and improved documentation, target-specific assignments, improvements in repositories, and a number of minor bug fixes.
