#13 Get attribute information for an empty tag

It would be awesome to get access to the attributes of
an empty tag. What I am thinking of is the "enclosure"
tag used in Podcasts.

<enclosure type="http://www.myserver.com/my.mp3"
length="1234"/>

At the moment because there is no data enclosed by the
tag you cannot get information about its attributes.
