MadEdit v0.2.9 released

MadEdit is an Open-Source and Cross-Platform Text/Hex Editor.
MadEdit can edit files in Text/Column/Hex modes, and supports many useful functions,
e.g. SyntaxHighlightings, WordWrap, Encodings and WordCount.

v0.2.9 ChangeLog:
1.added that restore the encoding and font(name, size) of a file when reopening it.
2.added that use Ctrl+MouseWheel to decrease or increase the font size.
3.added Japanese language. Thank Tilt for the translations.
4.fixed a bug when converting between Tab and Space char in wordwrap mode.
5.modified that the dialogs will stay on top of main window, not top of all windows.
6.modified the action when associating file types.
7.some minor changes.
