#72 Calibration Sheet selection dialog not finding .cgt

The Calibration Sheet files generated by lprof are created with .cgt extension. However when using the "Externally generated files" option on the "Monitor Profiler" tab, the file location dialog only shows files with a .it? or .cgs extension. The file type must be changed to "All files" in order to show and select a .cgs file.

Either the calibration sheets generated by lprof should be saved with a .cgs extension or the file location dialog should include .cgt files when listing the contents of a directory.

I found it and it is fixed. I have checked it into CVS please test it.
