#4 log4domino.jar contains incorrect file structure

log4domino.jar cannot be used directly in projects
because the file structure is incorrect (contains an extra
"classes" directory). As a workaround the Java files can
be included in a script library (together with log4j.jar) and
recompiled, but the jar file should be changed anyhow to
avoid confusions.
