#18 Write Logs only once,copy them 2stderr,avoid buffer overflow

Every Log File put to the Log-Window caused every
Log-Messages logged before to be copied before the new
one. FIXED.

As a new feature, every Message logged is copies
without modifications to stderr. ADDED

And last but not least, increased an array site by one to
avoid a buffer overflow. FIXED
