#13 Error connecting to dispatch server (0x03)

Hi, after installation I can't connect. I tried the
recommendation found in "Bugs" to change
msnLayerModule.C with current Messenger IP
(207.46.104.20 from nslookup) in line 409 and
recompile. No success!

Anybody knows what to do?

change it to messenger.hotmail.com
that should do the job
