#4 A simple lkcd test script

This is a simple test script to test lkcd basic
functionality. It panics the system and check the
dumped file to see if lkcd works fine.

Untar this patch, build and install the binary rpm and
run "/usr/local/bin/lkcdtest/lkcdtest", you can see the
result from /usr/local/bin/lkcdtest/report.
