Ok, but is the limited resolution a known issue of the mceusb hardware
(E.G. all data from irrecord are in multiples of 50) for both receiving
or transmission? Or is it only for receiving? Will I get better results
from generating a config from a serial receiver and then use with mceusb
for transmission?

Or did you have something else in mind?
