Try the two attached patches. These were quickly hacked together to test Ping's kernel patches since I was too lazy to do a full kernel recompile on *all* my test systems. IIRC, they compile and work correctly. Since the problematic #define doesn't need to be visible kernel-wide for stop-gap support of the Bamboo, I just put it in 3.7/wacom_wac.h.
