If WAN IP status or WAN IP address is changed on gateway device, all control points who has subscribed to services should notified (NOTIFY) with property change of state variable like ConnectionStatus and ExternalIPAddress respectively.

Possible options are to start an indepdent thread and check the status or ip change of WAN and Notify Control points with allready available GENA APIs.

This can be kind of Timer thread running every second or so.
