#58 First write command always times out on ARM

Hi!

I'm using linux-gpib on ARM. I noticed that the first writecommand after (re)boot always times out. The second goes flawless.

gpib_config is not executed automatically.(maybe a configuration problem on my side)

I have tested it on armv6[raspi1(arch)] and armv7[raspi2(arch), Toshiba AC100(ubuntu)].
I use a NI-USB-HS.
