LingoTeach 0.3.9 released

LingoTeach 0.3.9 is released today.

LingoTeach is the main application and user interface of the LingoTeach project.

The current release has the following features:
* A search and browse feature with a tree like structure is now available,
which also replaces the old (buggy) editor.
* Completely new configuration and preference system. All configurable
options are now in one window (incompatible with the old one).
* Sound playing is now an optional feature.
* Plugin support.
* Lesson handling has improved in the library (LibLingoTeach).
