#17 Support for Toshiba laptops hotkeys

Currently most of toshiba laptops with hotkeys need fnfx (http://fnfx.sourceforge.net) daemon to make them work. Those hotkeys neither generate keyboard scancodes nor acpi events, so they must be handled in a different way, using a kernel module and a daemon.

Toshiba laptops users (like me) would appreciate that lineak had support for this class of hotkeys. Or even better, a pluggable hotkeys system, so the special handling of hotkeys did not depend only on the standard keyboard subsystem.
