#521 Nested chars are mising

Since commit 723f10d5663450484b1b68e5819ba150404f7dc5
RS_Entity: copy ctor, experimental feature

The nested chars are not drawn, see the before - after images.

Attached a temporary patch to remove the problem, a probably best solution are add a copy ctor. in entityContainer class

TODO: move rs_entitycontainer to use shared_ptr for entities.

Nested chars are fixed but it seems to have produced more errors:
In dimension text do not comply line weight.

Also modify properties / attributes seems to fail (qg_widthbox, qg_colorbox)
May be rs_pen pointers related?
