With GUI language set to Polish and command language to English (there are two "English (UnitedStates)" on the list) I still have to use Polish commands. Setting GUI language to English makes English commands available.
If it is a duplicate then please close this report. I tried to find one on this issue but there seemed to be none. Unfortunately I can't code it myself now :-(

I don't see a patch attached. Did you forget the files in when submitted this?
Aside from the command language settings, I will clean up the selection list in settings.
