No

When "Polyline equidistant" in the "Polylines" toolbar is selected,
a right mouse click on the drawing area does not unselect the icon.

    Couldn't reproduce.

    1, Launch LibreCAD;
    2, click on icon "Polylines" in main toolbar;
    3, click on icon "Polyline equidistant";
    4, right click twice(times depends on current action state), or click on the "Back" icon in "polylines" tool bar;

    Results:

    Back to main toolbar, and "polyline equidistant" action is suspended.

    Please note:
    1, "Right click" means reverse the action state one step, while the "back" icon in toolbars means "back to parent toolbar";
    2, drawing toolbars do remember states before, and this is a feature by design to allow faster drawing;
    say, you clicked "draw line, 2 points" in "lines", and switch to other drawing toolbars. "draw line, 2 points" will be activated when you switch back to "lines" toolbar next time.

    1, Launch LibreCAD;
    2, click on icon "Polylines" in main toolbar;
    3, click on icon "Polyline equidistant";
    4, right click ONCE on the drawing area
    Result:
    The icon is not unselected which in contrary is the case when you replace "Polyline equidistant" with "Line with two points".
