#1 need IRM functions

Hello libraw developers!
First of all, nice work done. Libraw1394 seems to me a
nice and stable lib, but nevertheless i' missing a
feature:
I have to allocate/free Bandwith for isochronous
transmission by myself and therefore need some
underlying structure to do so. In my opinion libraw is
the best place for functions as irm_alloc_bw() and
rim_free_bw(). Please respond if i'm just too dumb to
find the functions if they already exist. this is
somewhat important to me.

Also I toyed with raw1394_get_irm() and it always
returned 0xffff as irm-node. Any idea what might go
wrong there? as far as i read it out of the registers
with gscanbus on my setup irm should be on node nr.3 of
a total of 4 not 65535 :)
