#12 Allow right-to-left written unicode names

There should be the unicode tag <urtl> (unicode right to left) to identify languages written right to left.

When extracting unicode, names with this tag are written right to left. Where the order of a single unicode name is not reversed, but the order of everything else. Example:

Ali ibn Abdul ibn Mohammed
becomes
Mohammed ibn Abdul ibd Ali
(the unicode version of the single name words is reversed already !)
