Release: libmsn 3.1

I am proud to announce the release of libmsn 3.1. libmsn is a C++ library for Microsoft's MSN Messenger service. It provides a high-level interface that allows an application to access instant messaging features with ease.

libmsn 3.1 brings support for server-side groups for managing buddies, and formatting instant messages. It also features rewritten network code that should help reduce CPU usage, and the amount of time spent waiting for network data.

libmsn is available for download via it's website at http://libmsn.bluewire.org.nz, or the Sourceforge project page at https://sourceforge.net/projects/libmsn/. As always, I look forward to receiving feedback on the latest version.
