It's more and more shaping up. This release contains a digital convolution filter implementation that allows decimating/interpolating within the oversampling range.

v0.1.2 solves build problems some people might have had. Furthermore, the bit packer and quantizers work correctly now

v0.1.1 is there. Don't expect too much of it yet. The noise-shaping quantizers with dither may be usable in other projects.
