#11 Rating Tag

I would like to see the 0x4746 Tag "Rating" being available for extract. This flag is available in Windows Explorer and many other tools (Adobe Lightroom) to specify the rating of a photo.
Not sure about the relationship with xmp.Rating but I believe Adobe sets the xmp.Rating only, Windows reads the xmp.Rating and writes Exif.Rating Tag.

In Mediatomb, which uses libexif, I have a filter on Rating, show me only the 5star rated photos, show me all rated higher than 3star. For now I am copying the xmp.Rating into a description field.
