#1 Windows Compiler?
Which windows compiler should I have to use? I have tried with BCB and MS-VC but they did not work. It seems to me that there is a problem with the sizes of the structures, which vary from compiler to compiler, so that it is not possible to read a file. I think that making use of unions, etc... is not the best way of handling these files...
