Hello,

Zmodem is the only feature that was missing from the
original Putty, so it is GREAT to see that you have
included this, as I use this very often for transferring files
from my w32 box to the linux boxes in our lab.

The problem I have is that I can't seem to get zmodem
to work. Wasn't sure if I am doing something wrong.

I connect to one of our ix boxes, right client on the top of
le putty, and choose zmodem upload, select the file I
want to send, and then nothing happens, no transfer,
nothing.

Just curious if I'm doing something wrong, which is very
possible.

Le Putty is running on my laptop with PIII 800/ Windows
2000 Pro if that helps.

Thanks.

Figured it out. My mistake. Didn't extract the sz and rz apps.

Did have a question though on whether or not you can tweak
the speed at which the zmodem transfer occurs.

Seems very slow. Could just be me but I compared the
transfer speed to SecureCRT's zmodem and it was
    significantly quicker.

Just curious. Otherwise Great Addtion to the App!!!

For the speed difference you're seeing, could it be that you're
not connected to your ssh server with the same protocol?

The encryption used can make a lot of difference in terms of
    speed.
