Thanks for releasing version 1.15. In trying it out, I have noticed that the enemies spawned by scanners can easily become stuck in the walls.

If Edgar stands close to the left edge of the area covered by the scanner below the crossbow in the armoury, and waits for the scanner to pass with the eye open, it's quite easy to get the scanner to spawn one of the two enemies it spawns into a wall. In the attached screenshot, this has been done three times. I don't know if the same thing affects the right edge, or any other enemy-spawning scanners.

Generally speaking, a player is likely to avoid deliberately triggering scanners to spawn enemies, but I think a player might deliberately trigger a scanner if they are trying to farm for items dropped by defeated enemies.
