#542 Logout Successful page displays in wrong language

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit ledgersmb.conf setting language to "pt_BR"
2. Login (login page will be displayed correctly in Portuguese)
3. Logout

Results: The Logout Successful page is displayed in English instead of Portuguese. I had also set the user's language in Preferences to Portuguese, but this didn't change anything.
