#1318 Need a default for Defaults->Precision

When no Precision is filled in the Defaults screen, lots of errors can occur. It seems a hard coded default should be set, or the software should check the defaults for availability at some reasonable moment, like immediately after logging in -- a warning at this time might prevent confusion later on.

I think 2 seems like a decent default precision. Even with currencies like sek, one often sees prices with 2 digits precision.
