#148 Omoura Oled VFD support

There are still new drivers being released (win 7 x64) but no updates on the controller software.
Basicly it's abbondoned it seems since february this year.
Still there are a lot of users around with this nice 256x64 graphical display.
The controller software is opensource so it shouldn't be so hard to add support.

If it helps, I have a spare display I am willing to donate to help with the development.
