#1 Make Config more Standard

I suggest that the Configuration should be more easily
human readable and editable outside LCD Smartie -
either kept in the Windows registry or in text,
human-readable, configuration files. Or both (kept in
the registry but exportable/importable).

That would allow the users to copy and paste around,
fix corruption, share with other users, etc.

Agreed. The config is a real problem - esp. when upgrading
to new releases. The good news is I've moved most of the
config code to a central point - so it should be easy to
improve.

config.ini file in alpha3.
