2002-05-14 Lazy 8 ledger version 1.2

1. There are no code changes in this release. The purpose of this release is to fix a distribution problem. There are a lot of version 1.1's out there that dont work due to distribution problems that messed up the program. This 1.2 version is the same as the 1.1 but we have hopefully worked out the distribution problems.
