When a SVN-controlled file of interest is located in a subdirectory of the SVN tree, we currently don't find the repository. Need to roll out a hotfix as remedy quickly. The solution will be walking up the path hierarchy until we find a ".svn" file instead of just looking at the parent directory of the file.

Fixed as of hotfix 1.0.2b (released as v1.0.2 on Dec 6, 2013)
