#170 Repeated whitespace rule fails between sentences

LT fails to detect two repeated whitespaces between sentences, but successfully detects three (and more) repeated whitespaces. For example:

This is a sentence. And this one is a sentence too.

Having two spaces at the end of a sentence isn't that uncommon, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentence_spacing.

Sorry, dnaber. I've never heard about double spacing between sentences because it's not applicable for my native language, so I thought it's a bug.
