#19 Saving a item in library manager erases other items in it

When saving an item in library manager, other items in it are lost : after closing kxstitch and reopening it, library manager contains only the last saved item.
05.jpg : just after saving the second item.
06.jpg : library manager after closing kxstitch and reopening it.

Fix now in git, released version 1.0.2

This turned out to be a very old bug that no one has reported before. Perhaps no one else uses the libraries!

Thank you very much for that very fast fix. Library manager is an interesting feature to compose pattern from several items without drawing them again.
