I have several files that were encoded at silly
framerates such as 29.75 and 24.995. When I use mkxvcd
to encode these (with or without the -t option), the
audio gets out of sync.

I assume that these framerates are not supported and
this is an error because the check to see if it's a
valid rate doesn't look at the decimal?

If so, how can I convert these to a normal framerate?
I've tried so many things, I'm running out of ideas.
