kradio-1.0beta3 released

kradio-1.0beta3 provides quite a bunch of bugfixes, with special
respect to LIRC, ALSA, buffer handling in general as well as
usability improvements during the first startup and two new
features called "active playback" and pre-recording. For cards
that don't use the line-in loop, active playback captures the
sound from a special device which is played back on the sound
card. With pre-recording, you no longer need worry about
starting recording too late: The last <configurable> seconds
before the decision are captured, too!
