Difference in colours seen on linux vs windose..

In windose,
blue = FF0000 (B,G,R) [MSN Messenger 5.0.0543]
In linux,
blue = 0000FF (R,G,B) [kmerlin 1.3beta4]

apparently
there is no conversion in kmerlin, as when the client at either end
sets the text colour to say blue, the other end sees red, and so on.
Green is still green at both ends, yellow <-> cyan etc.
