Add a command line option to download an NBZ file, to enable shell integration for NBZ files.

It would be a plus for it to open in an existing (if any) process too.

Great, I'm also waiting for this feature. It would allow me to right start klibido with a simple click on a .nzb file or to associate .nzb with klibido
