If you're having trouble with the KlassModeler, it's very possible (in fact it's probable) that you've found a bug. Please let me know about it so I can fix it.
Just yesterday I noticed that header generation in Windows is broken. My apologies to anyone who downloaded a copy for Windows. I have it fixed and will be releasing a new version as soon as possible.
