I compiled kguitar on FC3 with tse3 and it crashes every
time I select Settings:Configure KGuitar just as with the
original poster. Except that I've compiled it with MIDI and
they apparently haven't. It seems the problem occurs
whether or not one compiles with MIDI support.

Please check if latest release (0.5.1) has the same problem. I've checked it myself with and without TSE3 and everything seems to work on all my deployments.
