#4 Can't build kfilereplace 7.0 on RH 7.3

QT 3.0.3 (rpm packet)

This error appear:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.2)
(library qt-mt) not found. Please check your
installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of
config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread
support!

I check my installation and the qt's files are in
/usr/lib/qt-3.0.3/lib:
libqt-mt.so.3.0.3
libqt-mt.a
