I have uploaded packages for keytouch and keytouch editor to Debian unstable (sid). That means it can now be installed by a simple apt-get. If no seriuos bugs are found, and if the freeze for the distribution does not hit earlier, they will get into Debian etch in about 10 days.
The packages were heavily based on Giuseppe Borzi's work for Ubuntu. We will attempt to keep the versions for both distros in sync.
