#26 Need pre/post operations

Where appropriate, macros/scripts/targets need the ability to execute pre and post operations. For instance, this will be -extremely- useful when overriding keros-build.xml functionality.

Please note: this should be accomplished where appropriate. This feature request is not a "vanilla" statement that -everything- requires pre/post processing.
