I'm currently using KeePass in a secure environment.
I need to update the passwords of 300+ servers on a monthly basis. I created a tool on a UNIX system to build a csv file which can be copied into a file on windows. On the unix side the file is deleted after 5 minutes.

On the windows site the file is used to import the passwords, but this file will exist on the filesystem unless the user removes it. But he will forget it.

Enhancement could be to remove the file after import: doesn't leave readable passwords on disk

Another enhancement could be to open a window (text box) from keepass where the clipboard buffer could be copied in. From here an import from CSV could be initiated.

The last enhancement is preferable, but both could be useful. The remove (first point) should be active by default and may be switch off by optional.

If a file with passwords exists on the filesystem it will be a considered action from the user, you can never prevent that.
